1)      What country did you come from?

2)      What are you going to school for?

3)      Do you plan on applying your major in the United States or back home? What do you want to be when you grow up?

4)      Why were you interested in traveling abroad?

5)      Is the schooling like the US? If not explain

6)      Is there a caste system in your country? Where are you in it? (If ok to ask)

7)      Who’s the most respected person/people in your family?

8)      What are some traditions in your family? Holidays? Birthdays?

9)      How is obesity affecting your country? Other health issues?

10)   What are the dating standards? Arranged marriages?

11)  What are the clothing trends? Same as the US?

12)  Have your perspectives change of the US as a country than before? (Way they viewed US)

13)  What’s the hardest part about being away from home and family?

14)  Was it difficult at first being around all English speaking people?

15)  Is the food different from back home? Better or worse? Bigger portions or smaller?

16)  Are your winter’s cold back home? Are you prepared for this winter?
